SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or Finance
- Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Analytical tools for Excel advanced user (most of the formulas, database knowledge, pivot tables) and Revenue Management System (Ez-RMS Preferred)
- Technologies and distribution tools like PMS, CRS and distribution channels -knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Outlook- Excel
MISSION
- In charge of Reporting creation, implementation and distribution.
- Data quality Audit to ensure that the most accurate data is used for forecasting, reporting- .
- Support Hotel Revenue Managers in quoting group using displacement analysis.
- Support Hotel Revenue Managers in maintaining RMS events up to date.
- Support Hotel Revenue Managers in price grids uploads.
- Support Group Director of Revenue in preparing month end presentation.
- Support Group Director of Revenue in evaluating market performance.
- Support Group Director of Revenue during budget process.
