1. Thai National, Male or Female Age 30-40 years old
2. Master or Bachelor Degree in Retail Management, Design Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
3. At least 5 years working experience at middle management level as Buyer, Merchandiser, Design Project Manager, Senior Product Designer or similar position, preferably in luxury goods industry.
4. Fluent in English, able to communicate in English with foreigner with high confidence.
5. Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
6. Entrepreneurial Mind, Good Planning and Execution.
7. Goal and Result Oriented both financial and operation excellence.
8. Good Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
9. Excellent Time Management, Organizational and Multitasking skills.
10. Possess good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills.
11. Able to work independently upon project / design briefs.
12. Experience in Retail Visual Display will be an advantage.
