- Thai MALE (ชาย), age not over 30 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or Architecture (วิศวกรรมโยธา/สถาปัตยกรรม).
- Maximum 3 years experience as Site Engineer.
- knowledge of engineering, building, construction, building control act and other related.

- Evaluate project timeline, estimates budget and resources required.
- Supervise constructions process.
