- Minimum of 5 years experience in banquet kitchen or similar position.
- Able to work flexible hours and days.
- Very good knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food preparation techniques.
- Be able to express creativity through food selections, preparation and presentation.
- Be able to solve problems quickly under pressure.
-Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in the preparation of food items for Banquet and restaurants.
-Help F&B Department maximize revenue and minimize expenses in accordance with the budget.
