Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as fine dining restaurant manager in a multi AA Rosette/or Michelin rated environment.
- Between the Ages Of 28?32.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Impeachable service standards and attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced atmosphere
- Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Extension Food and Wine knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assistant with all hiring of support team members
- Wine & Spirit month inventory, costing, buying and managing costs.
- Take ownership of employee morale.
- Responsible for daily shift responsibilities
- Handling special events, public relations and marketing
- Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, receiving, preparation, production and store areas.
- To ensure venue appearance and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
