- Experience in direct filed at least 3 year

? Directs and guides the stewarding operation to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the service, in conjunction with the operating standard and procedures.
? Checks condition of dishwashing machine and its detergent dispenser and rinse additive injector makes hourly supervision of all kitchen areas.
? Assists in the implementation of House Rules and Regulation and F&B Policies and Procedures on proper handling of operating equipment.
? Makes sure the kitchen crockery and other equipment is organized on the proper place or shelves
? Familiarizes with the rules and regulations of the Food Handling and hygiene standard of the hotel and the local authorities and ensure the correct implementation.
