-In charge of overseeing the cleaning process and activities of the hotel. She also directs and controls all housekeeping operations and the staff of the housekeeping department. In addition to coordinating between housekeeping staff in order to inspect assigned areas and to ensure standards are adhered to.
-The Executive Housekeeper also completes financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget. Furthermore, she supports the staff and performs the duties of a housekeeper when required. An Executive Housekeeper also manages hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance of his/her team.
