1.Ensures that all reservations requested by telephone are answered promptly and politely.
2.Ensures that all incoming Faxes and Letters are replied, whenever possible on the same day as received.
3.Ensures that all reservations are entered into the system and correspondence are alphabetically filed by date of arrival.
4.Ensures that room blocking are made for Suite, Connecting, or other special request rooms which are limited.
5.Brings to the attention of Reservation Manager when the Hotel Availability status be changed and prepares for the necessary action.
6.Assists Reservation Manager in checking expecter Guest?s Arrival List Daily, ensures reservation correspondence filed properly, billing instruction clearly noted and comment is made in the system for each reservation.
7.Ensures all correspondence for reservations are filed accordingly.
8.Ensures that reservation office is maintained in a clean and orderly state and all reservation information is properly filed and readily available for reference.
9. Assists reservation manager in training reservation staff and in implementing procedures.
10. Supervises general job performance of reservations staff.
11. Be familiar with all other TCCHM status through Global II and prepared to handle Inter-Hotel Reservation.
12. Be familiar with various rates such as Travel Agent Contract Rate, Corporate Rate, Apartment etc.
13. Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager.
