รายละเอียดงาน

FO - Performing all check-in and check-out tasks. - Managing online and phone reservations. - Registering guests and collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) - Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assigning rooms - Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities - Working on a rotating shift: morning, afternoon, and night F&B - Making drinks and light breakfast (yogurt bowl) - Performing the setup for breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. - Assisting the guest at their tables and offering them drinks. - Staff responsibilities include washing cutleries, glasses, and plates/cups.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- This is a FO + FB (morning shift only) job. - Male/Female - Age not over 25 years old - Be able to communicate in English - Fresh graduate also very much welcome - F&B background is a plus As we are focusing on the creativities of the services, those skills such as shooting photo, creating a graphic, attending/guiding customers to the area nearby, and sense of fashion are really appreciated.
