?Communication: Fluent in English Communication
?Computer Office: Property Management Program (PMS), Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage

1. Assists Guest Service Manager to ensure a smooth operation
2. Ensure him/herself is well informed and familiar with a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local attraction areas to handle guest inquiries effectiveness with high standard of service
3. Handles guests when checking in & out based on Pathumwan Princess Hotel Standard Operating Procedures
4. Performs as a Communication Center Officer as needed
5. Checks all guests? queries or requests are handled in polite and efficient manners
6. Extends fully cooperation within and between departments
7. Notifies Guest Service Manager in any unusual event (emergency cases, accident, the failure of any system etc.) and record in the logbook promptly
8. Attends Department/Section briefing for new shift when handling over at the end of the shift
9. Assists in escorting guests to their rooms
10. Knows about all events and activities accruing in and out of the Hotel
11. Assists in On-The- Job training for new Guest Service Officers under supervision of supervisors and in accordance with MBK Hotel & Tourism?s and the Hotel?s policies and standards
12. Ensure him/ herself is familiar with Emergency Plan and Evacuation and be able to handle emergency situation according to emergency?s procedures of the Hotel
13. Complies with all Rooms & Guest Service systems and MBK Hotel & Tourism?s and the Hotel?s policies and standards
14. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors
