1. To responsible for the maintenance of a smooth and effective day to day work routine and the resulting work efficiency.
2. To take care of the rest of the employees? problems in their daily work.
3. To answer any questions that employees may have and giving them instructions when required.
4. To supervise the closing of the books and the subsequent timely preparation of the required financial data at the month-end.
5. To be familiar, the duties and procedures of the other employees in the accounting department, over whom he has supervision.
6. To be familiar, and kept up to date with, all policies of the hotel as accounting is involved (e.g. standard practice instructions, credit manual contents, etc.)
