1.Working Experience in Management level at least 5 years and a successful track record as room Division/Front Office Manager/Executive Assistant Manager / Night Manager in a leading hotel, upscale hotel environment is preferred.
2.Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3.Excellent communication and presentations skills required
4.Strong leadership and people skills.
5.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
1.Manages Merchandising Operations of an organization
2. Develops objectives and processes to implement merchandising initiatives which include coordinating associated departments.
3. Planning budget needs and monitoring the company?s merchandising system.
4. Reviews and evaluates customer demand and sales trends, generates reports, analyzes financial performance, determines where to place products for sale.
5. Supervises subordinate staff, provides corresponding trainings.
6. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
7. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
