1.Responsible for the employee relation & activities.
2.Assess training needs.
3.Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
4.Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials.
5.Deliver training to employees.
6.Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
7.Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
8.Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
