- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in training and development management.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
-Strategic and creative mindset.
-Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
-Excellent leadership skills.
-Good command in English.

We are seeking an experienced training manager to lead our learning and development strategy.

- Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new member feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new arrival.
-Assist Human Resources Manager in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating resort activities in areas of creating the resort culture through well planned activities, communication platform and others.
-Identify and assess the training needs of the organization.
-Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
-Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
-Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
-Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
