1. Working Experience in Executive Chef at least 7 years
2. Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3. Proficiency in English communication skill with good interpersonal skills
4. Strong kitchen management as well as people management skill
5. Innovative and result-oriented
6. Familiar with Asian and European food service with excellent guest service skills
7. International hotel experience is an advantage
8. Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change and proactive in problem solving
9. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
10. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
11. Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.
12. Thai national
1. Functions & manages as the leader of kitchen department for our core Business Units (Hotel, Golf Club and Sports Club).
2. Working to financial budgets e.g. food costs, kitchen account, P&L reports and corporate structure
3. Working with management to develop and maintain updates recipe cards, menu engineering and the marketing plan
4. The ability to manage large scale catering events
5. Achieve Kitchen business goals
6. The training, guidance and development of all Kitchen team member
7. Hygiene, safety and presentation in front and back of house
8. All outlets ready before first guest arrives
9. Participate actively in all weekly kitchen meetings.
10. Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Executive General Manager.
11. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
12. Inform Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
13. Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
14. Compliance with Thana City Country Club's rules and regulations.
15. Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
16. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
