JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor?s degree, MBA or master?s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
* 6+ years of relevant data management experience in customer, marketing, finance and strategy delivering complex business and technical solutions.
* 4+ years of functional experience on technology projects to define and develop customer experience strategy, positioning and vision.
* Must have a passion for driving platform/product strategies that support actionable customer insights and business strategy
* Must have strong mindset to build startup analytics projects in order to create 10X growth of the business.
* Analytical mind with sound business insights. Ability to translate the business problems and requirements into analytics solutions.
* Must possess highly refined Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Experience programming (SQL required, Python, R, HTML5 preferred)
* Experience utilizing BI & visualization tools (i.e. QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) required
* Experience working with DW, ODS, CRM, SaleForce, BI
This position is responsible to strategize, management, design, implement and operate projects enabling the data essential for supporting an optimal customer journey, customer experience, marketing, operation and finance which including development of data strategies and roadmap by understanding business processes, data technology platforms, data architecture, data acquisition process and data governance. The incumbent supports a culture of data-driven and partners with other areas of the business to build analytic and business insight capabilities, optimize customer experiences, strategic business decisions, process improvements and financial outcomes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish a data platform and system to capture, manage, mine and utilize data from multiple sources both online & offline, for better insight and knowledge of all angle of business.
* Establish process and policy to ensure accurate and reliable data about set of metrics supported for the organization/relevant functions/roles to measure and benchmark their performance.
* Identify multiple sources of data, including customer, marketing, operation, finance and performance data, for the purpose of performance management, business opportunity identification and to create a competitive for the company.
* Conduct and manage the data acquisition process, integrating with external data sources and provide instant access to up-to-date data.
Leverage data to achieve seamless and complete multichannel integration to support marketing and operations in the delivery of a unified customer experience.
* Leverage data to build capabilities for optimizing business results i.e. social sentiment analysis, segmentation & targeting, up/cross-selling, digital advertising optimization, targeted social campaigns, A/B testing & improve designed, personalization offers.
* Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies for managing data to collaborate with users to determine their business effectiveness.
* Work closely with IT and vendors with the detailed brief, all internal key stakeholders for each project ensuring the successful execution of all processes.
