- Ability to organize events and promotions as well as coordinating and managing a team.

- Creative marketer and thinker.
- Co-operates with owners on exact concept creation and it's implementation into the daily team performance.
- Creation of Menu concept.
- Creation of solid Beverage & Cocktails Menu.
- Work Closely with service and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Training, Controlling & Teaching the staff
- Set up of efficient marketing campaigns, creation of special offers and events.
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
