Responsibilities:
? Provides counter service to all guests in accordance to established standards of quality.
? Always be attentive to guest needs and complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests? satisfaction within the parameters of the authority of the position.
? Reports for duty of time, neatly groomed and in a clean and proper uniform.
? Be familiarized with all beverage categories and preparations with correct usage of glass-wares and presentations.
? Ensures that all operating equipments and supplies are spotlessly clean and maintained.
? Uses proper procedures before, during and after serving of beverage to guests in accordance to required standards.
