1. Training certificate in relevant field.
2. At least 2 years relevant work experience.

The Maintenance Technician ensures that equipment is in normal operating condition at all times. He/she follows up on works in assigned shift and assists the supervisors in carrying out all assigned work during a shift.
Note: This JD applies to technicians of all fields such as Air conditioning Technician, Electrician, Plumbing & Drainage Technician.
1. Follows up on work orders from various Department.
2. Inspects and checks all plants under the instruction of their direct supervisors.
3. Coordinates with other staff where necessary.
4. Ensures that energy conservation program is strictly adhered to.
