- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related field.
- Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality industry is a must.
- Ideas driven individual.
- 2-3 years? experience working in the same position
- Be accurate and well organized
- Team player and self-motivated
- Good English communications skills
Responsibilities :
- Support the hotels for the usage of Best Western Hotels and Resorts Systems including activation and training of new hotel properties in the region.
- Monitors and share information with Sales and Marketing team of any international or local trade shows / sales event that could be participated in the year.
- Prepares and send out invitations to all Best Western Hotels and Resorts properties in the region for participation of any international or local trade shows / sales event's.
- Manages the process of sales/events booth set up for Best Western Hotels and Resorts Asia in an event. Process may includes searching for events, seeking contractors, negotiating prices, presenting the final layout of the booth to the team until completion.
- Reports and summarizes the ROI after the event.
- Involves in organizing sales activities to increase brand recognition (i.e. Sales Blitz).
- Manages sales material inventory such as brochures, gifts and giveaways.
- Provides highlighted sales activities report of each month to Marketing team.
- Coordinates the development and production of marketing materials.
- Ensures the distribution of collateral and other promotional and display materials to all channels is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Prepared necessary documents to the accounting team for payment process.
