An opportunity came up to join our Pre-opening Team for the first property in Bangkok, Chinatown. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.

You will:

- To perform administrative duties such as clerical work, filing, typing, and answering telephone calls and to provides services and coordinates with other departments for any work assigned (both related and not related). Handle time attendance record. Controls guest supplies & cleaning supplies, To supply & distribute all linens and uniforms, and to maintain the quality and cleanliness of all house linens & uniforms. Ensure that linens and uniforms are in good condition. Take current stock records of all linen and uniforms and inventory taking.

You will make it to the next round if you are:

? At least High Vocational Diploma in any relevant discipline.
? Minimum of 1 year in Housekeeping experience preferred. No experienced is welcome.
? Knowledgeable in administrative or clerical task will be an asset.
? Ability to communicate Basic English.
? Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
