- Create effective digital marketing strategy using digital tools that align with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Manage all e-commerce activities through the company- s website, including other marketplace platforms and social media (Shopee, Klook, Traveloka, Line@, Facebook, IG etc.).
- Coordinate with media agencies to develop marketing strategies for new channels and online e-commerce tools.
- Track & review performance of online sales and generating of sales reports for The Management.
- Able to write contents and articles, closely monitor and respond to customers on all social media channels.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
