2. F&B and Banqueting Background are preferable.

6. Strong in driving results and people management and development
- Total employee around 20 staff to take care
- Lead the department heads and supervisors team members in the development and
implementation strategies.
- Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand target
customer; ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired
results
- Be highly visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on
quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
F&B and banqueting background are preferable.
