An opportunity came up to join our Team as Receptionist for the first property in Bangkok, Chinatown. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.
You will:
? Operate, repair and maintain all mechanic plant/plumbing systems and equipment in the hotel including special hotel plumbing system and equipment as well as water treatment, steam, gas, kitchen.
? Carry out the preventative maintenance of mechanic pipe works and sanitary installation.
? Follow instructions from Chief Engineer.
? Work on the shift daily trouble reports assigned by the Chief Engineer.
? Check and maintain the efficiency of all hotel mechanic, plumbing systems and equipment.
? Carry out the work order efficiently.
? Rotation, check and service to all of the plant room and equipment.
? Assist in energy saving program, leakage check and maintenance.
? Adhere to all engineering checking, routines and work system.
? React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
? Keep all plant rooms and workshops clean and tidy.
? Perform other duties may be assigned.
