Need a senior bartender take over the bar with a sense and Knowledge of classic cocktails. Work with Chef and Manager to innovate new cocktails to go with the food. Will have to work on Non- Alcoholic Beverages too. Should be able to be a mentor for other Jr. Bartenders. Need to be fluent in Thai and English.
