- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field .
- Proven record in interviewing, welfare and benefits administration, labor relations, salary administration, training and development. Knowledge of the Thai laws relating to labour subjects.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good command of English is required.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
