? Male or Female aged 35 - 45
? Thai or Italian Nationals preferred.
? Good command of English and Italian preferred.
? Background in Italian restaurant is mandatory.
? At least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a 5 star hotel
? Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable
? Strong leadership and management skills
? Manage the operations under budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
? Strong working knowledge of restaurant operational procedures.
Planning, organizing and direct the overall operation and administration of the restaurant, so as to achieve and maintain quality product and services standards in accordance to the Hotel policies.
