o Over 26 years old
o 2 years experience as a Demi Chef
o At least 4 years of practical culinary experience in Italian and Western cuisines
o A strong understanding of HACCP
o A basic command of the English language
o Carries out the assigned tasks to the highest professional standards and in accordance to the directives and instructions received by the ? Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie and/or Sous-Chef.
