11.Extensive Food and Wine knowledge
1.Assist with all hiring of support team members
2.Wine & Spirit month inventory, costing, buying and managing costs
3.Take ownership of employee morale
4.Responsible for daily shift responsibilities
5.Handling special events, public relations and marketing
6.Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas. Responsible to ensure venue appearance and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and
safety regulations at all times
