- Thai Nationality Only.
- Good command of English or Arabic, preferred.
- At least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Manage the operations under budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant operational procedures.
Having knowledge of Halal will be an advantage.
1.Assist F&B Manager and support team members.
2.Month inventory, costing, buying and managing costs.
3.Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
4.Handling special events, public relations and marketing.
5.Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas. Responsible to ensure venue appearance and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.
