-Bachelor- s Degree in Business Administration or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative assistant with a multi-national corporation
- Strong command of the English or Chinese language both in oral and written communications
- Experience in managing schedules, arranging meetings, making travel arrangements and providing administrative support.
- Proficient at juggling extremely hectic schedule while remaining professional at all times & maintaining confidentiality of discussions.
- Highly organized with good spoken and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Apple Software Products (iCal, Mail, iCloud).
- Good etiquette, pleasant composure and a positive working attitude.
- A good team player who is mature, professional, highly motivated and energetic.
- Meticulous with good organizational and planning skills.
- Detail Oriented, pro-active and a self-starter.
- Proven ability to work well in teams.
- Keen understanding of stakeholder management & building organizational support.
- Having knowledge in Accounting will be an advantage.
Finance: prepare Invoice, Petty Cash for boss; follow up payment from client; coordinate with accounting department
2. Prepare and design Proposal & Presentation for meeting client (important)
3. Find potential clients and make contacts with them
4. Personal Assistant (follow the boss to meet a client, schedule a meeting, etc.)
5. Finish the task that the boss assigned to do
