We are seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Purchasing & Procurement to handle our company's procurement activities. The Director of Purchasing & Procurement's responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, coaching purchasing team, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and develop with maintain pillar of purchasing & procurement policy.?
Suitable candidates should hold a degree in BBA, Culinary Management, Hospitality Services, Engineering or other related field. Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in procurement,? project management or related fields. KPI for the position is to manage and optimize purchasing activities and processes as well as negotiate with suppliers for the best sustainable solutions.?
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Performing cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
2. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Also, liaise with all stakeholders i.e. internal users and suppliers
3.?Maintaining the supplier database, development purchase digital system, and related documentation sustainable.
4.?Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
5.?Preparing cost estimates and managing corporate budgets.
6.?Working to improve and develop purchasing systems and processes.
7. Improving purchasing & procurement as well as ERP/IT implementation.
