1. Experience and Knowledge of Thai, Chinese, Western and Japanese food.
2. Responsible for the all provisioning, storing and stock control.
3. Responsible of purchasing food including food selection, out going to shopping and ensure a consistent high quality of food product.
4. Responsible for 3 kitchens in operations and maintain safe hygienic preparation and storage of food.
5. Communicate with Residence manager regarding maintenance of kitchen equipment.
1. Minimum experience Sous Chef.
2. Female (*only female will be consideration)
3. Thai nationality
4. Age between 30-40 years old.
5. Extreme high-level of personal hygiene
6. Be able to communicate with Residence manager for daily operations.
7. Able to work alone or within a team player.
8. At least 5 years experiences as trained chef.
1. Working 6 days per week including weekend and Public Holidays.
2. Social Security, Life and Medical Insurance.
