Assistant Financial Controller

1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years in financial management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment
3. Knowledgeable and proven experience in finance & accounting from hotel/ residential projects or hospitality industry is highly regarded.
4. Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
5. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.

Oakwood Hotel & Residence Bangkok (Pre-Opening)
1. Control and report the cash funds and all assets of the hotel; including set up and maintains a system of internal controls and effective control of the assets and revenues of the hotel.
2. Administer the accounting department and related functions effectively. All accounting records must be maintained, all reports and financial statements must be prepared on a timely basis as well.
