- Provide highly professional support and administration supports to Owner/Director
- Creating documents / analyzing report
- Food and beverage market research
- Coordinate a variety of work as assigned
- Track overall project progress (project step) using Excel for database recording
- Take care for overall office and operation facilities and utilities
- Update financial report
- Update documents for month-end closing
- Recruiting / HR related
- Create invoice for each project.
- 5 day work week
