-Responsible for the membership/loyalty program of the company.
-Take care of membership?s database on GMS (Guest Management Solution).
- Study, understand and able to use the system related to Loyalty program effectively including extract data and sharing important information to involved department.
-Evaluates program performance, customer behavior / experiences and look for opportunities to drive the member engagement including the new member recruiting goals.
-Study, analyze and report on customer feedback / complaints relative to the loyalty system and services as well as provide solutions.
-Propose strategies and initiatives including events and activities according to the company's strategic direction.
-Work closely with Marketing team for the consumer strategy and planned, targeted and executed in an engaging manner within the quality standards and fit to the brand.
- Works collaboratively with external (partner) cross-functional teams in order to develop the Loyalty program for maximum benefit.
-Training and improves staff ability to have an effectively communication and service.
-Preparation of reports (daily-monthly) related to Membership account / Loyalty program or any report assigned.
