- Thai nationality only.
- Good English conversation skills and excellent inter personal skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin or Arabic would be advantage.
- 2 years of work experience as a Guest Relation Officer
- Excellent time management skills.
- General understanding of the Front Office and Housekeeping operation in regards to guests accommodation.
- Pleasant personality, strong communication skills and excellent service attitude
- Train and manage guest relations team members.
- Able to work as a shift.
- Welcoming VIPs and all guests and process of check-in and check-out.
- Ensuring the arrangements are prepared prior guests check in.
- In charge of Hotel Inspection and provide the necessary information to the guests.
- Co-ordinate with the Housekeeping Department and the Front Desk to ensure that room assigned to returning guests are in order.
- Assisting hotel guests during their stay.
