? Develops and executes under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager comprehensive long and short term marketing programs and policies to optimize brand images and messages.
? Maintains working calendar of all promotions / events and notifies manager of upcoming promotions/ events that need to be created or updated.
? Response to inquiries from customers via Social Media channels i.e. Facebook, LINE@, IG, Email and Calls.
? Responsible for reservations Central office efficiency and coordinate with Hotel reservations for bookings from Central office.
? Representative of salesperson in marketing events and finding new partners.
? Works closely with the Creative Services department for sales collateral and social media content calendar.
? Assists with the planning and coordination of Sales & Marketing Event
? Participates on weekly meeting and prepare report.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.
? Must have the ability to communicate in English.
