General duties:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of the entire kitchen operation.

- Maintain the hotel's cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory, requisition, food pars and control systems are in place in all food operations areas.
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation, etc.
- Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation accordance with the company policies.

- Reporting to Cluster Executive Chef / Hotel Manager

- Thai nationals only will be considered for this position
- Strong culinary background in both a-la-carte service and group catering.
- Proficient in both Thai and Western cuisines, bakery/pastry would be an advantage.
- Excellent speaking, reading and writing proficiency in English language.
- 3-5 years previous experience as Sous Chef and 1-2 years experience in Exe. Sous Chef.
- A hands on and positive approach to the job is an absolute must!!
- Thorough food knowledge of all kitchen sections, service knowledge, labor controls and maintenance.
