? Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all FB operating equipment.
? Maintain quality produced by the dishwashing machines on all chinaware, glass, and flatware to meet the hotel standard.
? Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel.
? Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens.
? Clean pots and pans and be organized at all times.
? Polish hollowware and follows strictly specifications to ensure maximum quality.
? Pick up and disposes of all refuse, boxes, bottles and garbage.
