- Male, Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Have an Associate or Professional Engineer License.
- At least 10 years' experience in design or construction of estate units with knowledge of building and M&E system.
- Knowledge of project management with high standard of quality and safety.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations of the project, including energy conservation
- Work with the project delivery team on the closure of open items, prioritizing items for closure and tracking completion.
- Ensures all technical requirements of the of the Contract are met with respect to engineering design, equipment selection, performance, safety and reliability.
- Ensures all the projects are delivered in compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements.
- Ensures all engineering documentation is appropriately approved and filed.
AFTER OPENING
- Lead the Engineering Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the property, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules
- Communicate with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for Guest rooms and public areas
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of Guests and Team Members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
- Communicate with Government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations
- Prepare Capital and Repairs and Maintenance budgets for Engineering
- Perform daily checks around the property
- Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
- Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action
- Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs
