- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 4-5 star class environment
- Good knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
- Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in office administration and operation of the F&B department
Overlooking and managing food and beverage department are at its highest quality whilst compiling with food safety and hygiene regulations, to ensure guests best experience, improve the standard of the team and restaurant
Function as the Business Manager for the Food and Beverage Department and as a Marketing Specialist to ensure the various outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the hotel
Develop and implement a strategy to fulfill the objectives and increase sales and profitability of the restaurants and bars
