Hostess

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Proficient in using reservation systems and managing guest lists.
6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
8. Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the restaurant.
2. Manage and accommodate walk-in guests.
3. Assign tables to guests based on their preferences and server sections.
4. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
5. Communicate with the team to ensure smooth operation and timely seating.
6. Maintain an organized and clean reception area and host stand.
7. Assist guests with any questions, concerns, or special requests.
8. Bid farewell to guests as they leave, thanking them for their visit and inviting them to return.
9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and deliver excellent service.
10. Assist with light cleaning duties as needed to maintain the appearance of the restaurant.
