Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, command of the written language both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Experience in in Hotel Sales, specifically the Corporate market segment
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, implement and follow-up on the strategic Corporate sales plan, monthly, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Maintain reporting responsibility for selected key accounts.
- Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities in order to achieve planned goals.
- Achieve guests? satisfaction, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Work closely with Regional Director of Revenue - Thailand to ensure rate negotiations meet the properties? financial budgets.
- Develop good relationships with properties? front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve budgeted sales revenues.
- Attend business and or networking event and or trade show both domestic and overseas as per assignment
- Monitor and updated daily business news and report
