- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting & Finance Management
- At least 5 years in Finance and Accounting management in hotel hospitality business
- Have experience in hotel accounting software packages
- Responsible for the property's overall Financial and Accounting management
- Responsible for the local tax authority compliance for the hotel
- Prepare and review budgets, monthly P&Ls, balance ledgers
- Verify all financial reports and ensure that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations
- Prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines
- Able to effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard hotel assets
- Proactively assist with cost control requirements and revenue enhancement possibilities
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work
- Monitors all local tax compliance that applies, and ensuring that taxes are charged correctly and collected, file the local tax with the concerned authority on a monthly/regular basis.
- Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
