The candidate will be professionals who can ensure daily operations are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience and be able to address customer questions and complaints in a swift and courteous manner. Job responsibilities include but not limited to opening/closing restaurant, staff scheduling and assignments, balancing cash registers, seating customers, ensuring adequate supply of operational materials, and monitoring proper functioning of equipment needed. Assistant restaurant managers will also be responsible for consistent training and development of staff members as well as be able to assist with floor operations during peak hours. Must be a team player and have a positive and friendly attitude in order to set standards for staff members to follow.
