1.To carefully look after staff, tenants, visitors and their properties.
2.Provides whatever physical support that may be necessary to ensure the security, fire safety, and harmony of the property and its occupants.
3.To faithfully record and report any occurrences, incidents during patrol.
4.Monitors any suspicious characters in the Serviced Apartment and alert the Security Manager when necessary.
5.Monitor the route taken by employees when commencing and concluding duty, ensuring they use the nominated entrance / exit main gate, or abide by whatever instruction are in force.
6.Familiarizes with all fire and emergency procedures of the serviced property. And when an emergency does occur, assist staff, police, fire brigade and other essential services in the implementation of these procedures.
7.Ensures all equipment provided to Security Department is maintained in good condition.
8.Records and reports all acts of willful neglect of duty by staff, improper behavior, inebriated or drug affected staff, hazardous/dangerous work, unhealthy or unclean operation or any matter which is deemed necessary to report in the interest and efficient operation of the site.
9.Carries out any other duties assigned by Security Manager or Security Supervisor.
10.Undertake other ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time.
11.Immediate emergency shutdown in the area of responsibility (e.g.fire)
12.Coordinate with the juristic security way exchange information in case incident or accidence
13. Support to drive a tuk-tuk to pick up guests
