- Under the general guidance of General Manager adhering to the policies and procedures as meted out by the company business, the incumbent shall be responsible for maximizing revenue delivery through focus on competitors? intelligence, pricing index, market segment mix and the various available distribution channels; ensuring that factual data and rate integrity.
- To incumbent herein on all electronic activities with the objectives of bringing the hotel to market speedily and achieving RevPAR-oriented goals consistently. Such activities including but not limited to producing as many as quality and quantity reservations through electronic channels and securing good hotel rankings on participating websites.
- Manage, supervise, and be responsible of the Reservations Team by ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Team in processing all incoming enquiries/reservations as well as the opportunity to maximize incremental revenue through the various up-selling options, while adhering to the policies and standards meted out by company business.
This position is based at Hotel Clover Patong Phuket, PHUKET.
