The right candidate will be in charge of our Welcome Center department, ensuring high standards on customer satisfaction, driving sells at the welcome desk and supervising the everyday logistics of the school.
Role requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with good English, a proactive eye, very good communication skills and a long experience (5 years or more) in sells and customer service..
A degree in management, marketing, sales or hospitality will be appreciated.
This is a role for a person that likes order, organization, has great team building skills as well as feels comfortable working with people.
Good computer skills are also required
Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Welcome new and established customers of the school, ensuring classes run on time and customers feel welcome and looked after well.
Organizing everyday activities at the school and ensuring they run on time and meaner.
Driving sales at the Welcome Center as well as training the other members of staff.
Coordinating resort maintenance tasks, house keeping task and teacher?s schedule
Financial controlling and auditing of money income and outcome at the Welcome Center
Reporting and forecasting of sells and performance to management.
