1.Assist the Sous Chef to be responsible for the culinary kitchen area, within the framework of Keller Restaurant.
2. Maintain the cuisine concepts and standards food.
3. Maintain food cost by ensuring.
4. Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all company SOPs.
5. Assist the Sous Chef in supporting supervisor & employee training plans.
1. Working 5 days per week, Public Holiday and Vacations
2. Service charge
3. Social Security, Life and Medical Insurance, Provident Fund.
